To qualify for the FOCA Franchise Model, the applicant should own cultivable agricultural land. Approximately 1 acre should be allocated for the dairy shed and related infrastructure, while 5 acres or more should be dedicated to green fodder cultivation to support efficient and sustainable dairy operations.

The selected land should be fertile, cultivable, and well-irrigated to support efficient fodder production. It should also be strategically located with convenient access to local markets and milk collection centers, ensuring smooth logistics and operational efficiency.

The livestock primarily includes premium breeds such as Holstein Friesian (HF), Sahiwal, and Murrah, selected for their superior milk production, adaptability, and long-term productivity.
